Livewire Early: Respect For Paris

We're speechless. We started to write this article several times but just couldn't get started. The events in Paris are sickening, cowardly and unacceptable. It's odd that a website devoted to a TV show is even affected by the tragedies across the Atlantic. Our thoughts, prayers, well-wishes, and hope lie with those in Paris. "El Ma Arah". That said, CBS has contacted us to let us know of a scheduling change. The content in "How Does She Do It" may be considered insensitive in light of the terrorist attack in France. Because of this, Livewire, originally episode 5 will air tomorrow.

We had the opportunity to watch episode 4 "How Does She Do It" before the events in Paris. We will make ourselves available during the showings tomorrow on both coasts to answer potential questions that might arise from missing an episode. You can contact us via email, Twitter, Direct Message or Facebook. From what we can tell, there may be some continuity issues that could arise from seeing these episodes out of order. As of now, we are not sure if or when "How Does She Do It" will air.

In the hustle of making this compassionate decision, CBS has released a special preview of "Livewire" that looks to include never before scene footage of future episodes. Check out the video below:

Love the comment Kara makes after beating the alien in the D.E.O. cave, "Respect"! Here is official description for Livewire:

“Livewire” – Kara’s Thanksgiving may be ruined when she suspects her foster mother, Dr. Danvers (Helen Slater), who is coming to town, disapproves of her new role as a superhero. Also, when an accident transforms a volatile CatCo employee into the villainous Livewire, she targets Cat and Supergirl, on SUPERGIRL, Monday, Nov. 16 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Brit Morgan guest stars as Leslie Willis/Livewire and Helen Slater guest stars as Dr. Eliza Danvers, Kara’s foster mother.

This is tough, our excitement is through the roof to see these new clips and the match up between Livewire and Supergirl. But the reason for this early showing is certainly not worth it in any way. Well we suppose we will try and make the best of this situation, any new Supergirl is cause for excitement. Share your thoughts with us below and the forum.
