There are all sorts of new benefits and trinkets that viewers get now that the show is on The CW. One of the newest benefits for us, the fans, seems to be these "Inside Looks" that Ali Adler (Executive Producer) gives us to tease the palette a little further and explain some of the back story enriching the viewers' experience. You'll certainly want to check this out as its filled with new scenes and a hilarious moment with Winn and Mon-el, but be warned, if you are trying to watch the episode without sneak peeks, this will do you no good!
