In the promo for the cartoon show on earth X the good guys take like the brain of a robot? And the bad guys want it too? Maybe the main good guy runs off with it (I read he's from earth 1 so maybe he tries to go home), accidentally crashes into the wedding party and the bad guys are in pursuit?

My theory is this perhap's center event's in Earth X verison of WW2 turn out differently.
1. Most history and military historion's are conviced that if German not halt advance of their tank's when british army was trap at Dunkirk they would have bagged English troop's.

2. That Battle Britain in this alternate verison was an German victory and thus allow German's to invade and occupied England which would in turn could prevented the D-Day landing's from never taking place.

3. That German invasion of Russia had once again turn out differently where they did capture Moscow. That Russia's surrender to German's. thus giving Germany the resource's that they would have needed to fight an long protracted war.

4. that Germany had managed to get the Atomic Bomb before America was able to and use it against Great Britian and America to force their surrender.

but then you have explained that how could German be able to control America throught military occupation which would have to require large number's troop's to did it. that wouldn't be some kind of resistance against them.

Isn't the comic explanation basically it's because in their world Superman in on their side? If Superman can basically just go and execute every lead of every enemy, then maybe it would be easier to take over the world? Because Superman can just use his super hearing to find anybody and then use his super powers to kill them?

The funny thing in most American fiction about alternate WW2 is they like to think they were the primary opponents of Germany when really it was the USSR. I don't think this one will turn out different, probably involves the US fumbling something. The Russians won't be mentioned likely because of the political climate.

In this case it might be Supergirl then. Don't think there is a Superman on this Earth X.

The Russians called it "The Great Patriotic War" during the Soviet era, and they almost never acknowleged Britain, the U.S. or any of the Allies providing huge amounts of material support to them in any of their media or propaganda efforts.

This is a 47 minute show, based in Canada and aimed primarily at an American audience.

And it's not on the history channel.

And can't be blamed for it. In China our part of WW2 is mostly known as the war of resistance against Japan, because really it was us and them in our local theatre. In an invasion where your country is on the brink of annihilation, the best motivational plan is not to call the war something nice and universal. I'm sure the Soviet people would have received much inspiration amidst dying in the millions knowing that some of their crates and gear came from America. And the Lend Lease was actually known to them. Not once were the Western allies and the Soviets ever in one battle together so the too theatres were quite separate.

If a pie chart is drawn based on combat losses, the vast majority of the chart would be the USSR, in comparison to that, the US and UK would be barely visible. If the chart was on German losses, the Eastern front would also dominate. That's the scale of it. Now who is worse in not acknowledging the other?

It's not the history channel. It takes but a second to say the name of the nation that arguably contributed to the defeat of Germany the most.

Have we heard that that is the direction they are going? If so, I would love to read that.

How do we get Earth unpleasant to show up? There are somewhat sensible paths that might get you to a Europe dominated by the Germans. The Germans stay focused on Britain and do not attack Russia in 1941. Russia attacks Germany in 1942 or 1943. The battles of the Frontier have the same outcome as before, but Russian losses are now much worse. The German dictator expires of his lunatic medical treatments, and the Germans arm and equip Ukrainians as part of their army.

The atomic bomb is one of these tropes, like 'the US did most of the fighting' that do not hold up under close examination, as our (I infer) Chinese (few Americans will say 'War of the Resistance') and perhaps Russian (those stats are better known) note above.
