The cover of Superman #88, featuring "The Terrible Trio" - Lex Luthor, Toyman, and the Prankster! They decided to pool their resources and go after Superman as a team.
Clark defeated them back then, but maybe the Trio can break out of prison and get back together again. It would be interesting to see how the Supergirl Team would go about taking them down!

As you can see, Luthor almost succeeded that time with his synthetic kryptonite, which he always seemed to have plenty of!

And also Maggie - because you would expect the NCPD to get involved in the case, too.
