Does Kara have Freeze Breath? Our staff remembers when the New 52 was announced. They said that powers between female and male Kryptonians would differ. Between the folks here, many of us have read every issue of the new 52's Supergirl titles and we can't remember a single instance of either Superman or Supergirl using Freeze Breath?
