Does Cisco Visit Supergirl?

In recent news about the musical crossover, we learned that Carlos Valdes (Cisco Ramon from The Flash) will be singing during the musical crossover. We also know from the "Heroes vs Aliens", that Cisco is an integral part in getting to and from Supergirl's Earth 38 and Flash's Earth 1. All that said, its probable that Cisco will play a part in getting some of the Supergirl crew over to Earth 1. We don't know how that is going to happen yet but, these two images from a recent Flash trailer are quite surprising! Here we see a full suited Vibe (Cisco's hero alter-ego) fighting a mysterious female villain in ... Cat's office? Also, is that Ms. Tessmacher hiding behind her desk chair? Very interesting!

The one thing that disappoints me about this version of Gypsy is that they changed her powers. The comics original had invisibility and illusion-casting abilities IIRC, not Vibe's powers (which would have been redundant since they were on Justice League Detroit together).
