Katie McGrath is an Irish actress. In television, she is best known for portraying Morgana on the BBC One series Merlin (2008–2012), Lucy Westenra on the British-American series Dracula (2013–2014), Sarah Bennett in the first season of the Canadian horror anthology series Slasher (2016) and for her role as Lena Luthor on the American superhero series Supergirl (2016–present). Her film roles include Lady Thelma Furness in the drama film W.E. (2011), Zara Young in the science fiction adventure film Jurassic World (2015) and Elsa in the epic fantasy film King Arthur: Legend of the Sword (2017).
Early Life:
McGrath was raised in Ashford, County Wicklow, Ireland, by Paul, who works with computers, and Mary, who works for an Irish designer. She has two older brothers, Sean, an online media manager, and Rory, who is a post-production producer. She studied the International Baccalaureate at St. Andrew's College before graduating from Trinity College, Dublin with a degree in history with a focus in Russian history.
Career:
McGrath originally wanted to work in fashion journalism and took a job at Image magazine before becoming a wardrobe assistant on the set of The Tudors. While working on The Tudors, McGrath was advised to try acting, so she sent photographs to Irish agents. She said:
Being an actress was kind of like when you’re a kid, and you want to run away and join the circus, it's something you really want to do, but then you grew up and got a proper job. It was a dream, but I didn’t think it would ever be reality, and yet here I am!
McGrath was cast in Damage, an Irish TV-movie in 2007. She also starred in the play La Marea at the Dublin Theatre Festival in the same year. She appeared in the feature films Eden and Freakdog in 2008, before being cast as Morgana Pendragon in Merlin.
In 2009, McGrath starred in a five-part docudrama for Channel 4 exploring the life of Queen Elizabeth II, The Queen, in which she played a young Princess Margaret. Emilia Fox portrayed Elizabeth II in the same episode in which McGrath appeared; the two had previously worked together as sisters Morgause and Morgana in Merlin. In 2010, McGrath was cast in Madonna's directorial debut W.E., an Edward VIII biopic. McGrath played Lady Furness, the king's former mistress who introduces him to Wallis Simpson.
2011 saw McGrath film the comedy-drama A Princess for Christmas in Romania. In September 2011, McGrath voice-acted the characters in the Irish animated short film Tríd an Stoirm (Through the Storm). Later that month, McGrath was cast as Oriane Congost in Labyrinth.
McGrath was reunited with her The Tudors co-star and close friend Jonathan Rhys Meyers in NBC and Sky Living's horror drama TV series Dracula; she portrayed Lucy Westenra. In June 2013, McGrath co-starred in episode four of the Channel 4 show Dates as a young lesbian on the dating scene alongside Gemma Chan. In November 2014, McGrath co-starred in a Hozier music video for the song "From Eden".
In 2015, McGrath had a supporting role as Zara in the film Jurassic World and starred in the Crackle original spy-thriller, The Throwaways.
McGrath portrayed the lead role in the first season of Chiller’s original horror series Slasher, which premiered on 4 March 2016.
In 2016, it was announced that McGrath would play the recurring role of Lena Luthor in the second season of Supergirl. She appeared in the season two premiere episode entitled "The Adventures of Supergirl" and was promoted to a series regular in March 2017 for the third season. She appeared as Elsa in Guy Ritchie's fantasy film King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, which was released in May 2017.
Christopher Charles "Chris" Wood (born April 14, 1988) is an American actor. He is known for his role as Malachai "Kai" Parker in the sixth season of the CW Network's television series The Vampire Diaries, after previously appearing on The CW's The Carrie Diaries in the role of writer Adam Weaver. He also appeared on The CW's Containment in the leading role of Atlanta police officer Jake Riley. In 2016 joined the cast of Supergirl playing the part of Mon-El.
Career
Wood was born in Dublin, Ohio. He attended Elon University in North Carolina, where he graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music Theater. After graduation, he played Melchior in the national tour of Spring Awakening. He made his film debut in a made-for-TV movie entitled Browsers in early 2013. In September 2013, producers of The Carrie Diaries announced that Wood would join the show in its second season.

Jeremy Michael Jordan (born November 20, 1984) is an American actor and singer. He has performed on Broadway and in television and film, as well as in other theatrical productions. He is best known for the roles of Jack Kelly in the 2012 musical Newsies and Clyde Barrow in the 2011 musical Bonnie & Clyde.
Early Life:
Jordan was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. His parents divorced when he was young, and he lived in low-income housing, with his brother, Joey, sister, Jessa, and mother, Debbie (Stone). Jordan is Jewish on his mother's side (her parents' families were Jewish immigrants from Russia, Latvia, and Lithuania). He was a "straight A student", and graduated from Mary Carroll High School, where he was an active member of the choir. Later, he graduated from Ithaca College, where he earned a BFA in musical theatre.
Career:
Jordan sang as a teenager, also beginning to act in high school. In 2008, he starred as Alex in The Little Dog Laughed at Hartford Theatreworks, for which he received a Connecticut Critics Circle nomination. Later the same year, he played Tom Sawyer in Big River at the Goodspeed Opera House in Connecticut. He appeared in the Broadway cast of Rock of Ages in 2009. He also made a 2008 television appearance, guest starring on NBC's Law & Order: SVU in the episode "Streetwise".
Jordan starred as an alternate for the leading role of Tony in the 2009 Broadway revival of West Side Story. He also starred as Clyde Barrow in the 2010 pre-Broadway Sarasota, Florida tryout of the new musical, Bonnie & Clyde by Frank Wildhorn and Don Black. He debuted the role of Clyde when the show opened on Broadway on December 1, 2011. The show closed on December 30, 2011 after 36 performances.
Jordan played Jack in the stage version of Newsies at the Paper Mill Playhouse in New Jersey in September and October 2011.
He starred in the Warner Bros. film Joyful Noise, opposite Queen Latifah, Keke Palmer, and Dolly Parton. The film opened on January 13, 2012.
Jordan reprised the lead role as Jack Kelly in Disney's Newsies on Broadway, with music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Jack Feldman, and book by Harvey Fierstein. Newsies opened at the Nederlander Theatre on March 29, 2012. For the role, Jordan was nominated for the 2012 Tony Award for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical. He was nominated for a 2013 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theatre Album as a principal soloist on the Newsies original cast album.
It was announced in June 2012 that Jordan would be joining the cast of NBC's Smash for season two playing Jimmy. He initially filmed episodes for Smash while simultaneously performing in Newsies until it was announced in August 2012 that his final performance in the musical would be September 4.
Jordan played Jamie Wellerstein in The Last 5 Years, a film adaptation of the musical of the same name. The film was shot over three weeks in June of 2013, and was released on Valentine's Day of 2015.
He appeared in the Stephen Sondheim and Wynton Marsalis staged concert A Bed and A Chair for Encores! at New York City Center from November 13 through 17, 2013, along with, among others, Norm Lewis and Bernadette Peters.

Calista Kay Flockhart (born November 1, 1964) is an American actress, known for playing the title role in the Fox television comedy-drama series Ally McBeal and for playing Kitty Walker McCallister on the ABC drama Brothers & Sisters. During her career she has received a Golden Globe Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award and three Emmy Award nominations.
Early Life:
Calista Flockhart was born in Freeport, Illinois, the daughter of Kay, an English teacher, and Ronald Flockhart, a Kraft Foods executive.Her parents are retired and live in Morristown, Tennessee. She has one older brother, Gary. Her mother, Kay Calista, reversed her own first and middle names in naming her Calista Kay. Calista also had a great-grandmother named Calista. Because her father's job required the family to move often, Flockhart and her brother grew up in several places including Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New Jersey, and Norwich, New York. As a child, she wrote a play called Toyland which she performed to a small audience at a dinner party.
Flockhart attended Shawnee High School in Medford Township, New Jersey. Following graduation in 1983, Flockhart attended the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. While there, she attended a specialized and competitive class, lasting from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In her sophomore year at Rutgers, Flockhart met aspiring actress Jane Krakowski, the best friend of her roommate. Later, they both would work together on Ally McBeal. People began recognizing Flockhart's acting ability when William Esper (Mason Gross' theatre director and Flockhart's acting teacher) made an exception to policy by allowing Flockhart to perform on the main stage. Though this venue usually is reserved for juniors and seniors, Harold Scott insisted that Flockhart perform there in his production of William Inge's Picnic. Flockhart graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in theatre in 1988, as one of the few students who successfully completed the course. Rutgers inducted her into the Hall of Distinguished Alumni on May 3, 2003. Flockhart moved to New York City in 1989 and began seeking auditions, living with three other women in a two-bedroom apartment and working as a waitress and aerobics instructor. She would remain in the city until 1997.
Career:
In spring 1989, Flockhart made her first television appearance in a minor role in an episode of Guiding Light as a babysitter. She made her professional debut on the New York stage, appearing in Beside Herself alongside Melissa Joan Hart, at the Circle Repertory Theatre. Two years later, Flockhart appeared in the television movie Darrow. Though she later appeared in films Naked in New York (1993) and Getting In (1994), her first substantial speaking part in a film was in Quiz Show, directed by Robert Redford.
Flockhart debuted on Broadway in 1994, as Laura in The Glass Menagerie. Actress Julie Harris felt Flockhart should be hired without further auditions, claiming that she seemed ideal for the part. Flockhart received a Clarence Derwent Award for her performance. In 1995, Flockhart became acquainted with actors such as Dianne Wiest and Faye Dunaway when she appeared in the movie Drunks. Later that year, Flockhart starred in Jane Doe as a drug addict. In 1996, Flockhart appeared as the daughter of Dianne Wiest and Gene Hackman's characters in The Birdcage. Throughout that year, she continued to work on Broadway, playing the role of Natasha in Anton Chekhov's Three Sisters.
In 1997, Flockhart was asked to audition for the starring role in David E. Kelley's Fox television series, Ally McBeal. Kelley, having heard of Flockhart, wanted her to audition for the contract part. Though Flockhart at first hesitated due to the necessary commitment to the show in a negotiable contract, she was swayed by the script and traveled to Los Angeles to audition for the part, which she won. She earned a Golden Globe Award for the role in 1998. Flockhart also appeared on the June 29, 1998, cover of Time magazine, placed as the newest iteration in the evolution of feminism, relating to the ongoing debate about the role depicted by her character.
Throughout her professional career, Flockhart has maintained her naturally lean figure. However, many have commented that Flockhart had become dangerously thin, particularly when the actress made red carpet appearances in clothing that revealed a somewhat emaciated physique. She had maintained throughout the show's run that she was never diagnosed with either anorexia or bulimia, nor was she a user of illegal drugs. She did remark, however, that while starring in the show she refrained from eating sweets, retaining her slimness with intense workouts and running. In 2006, she admitted that she had a problem at the time, and was "exercising too much" and "eating too little".
David Harewood, MBE (born 8 December 1965), is an English actor. He trained at RADA. He is known for playing David Estes, the Deputy Director of the CIA's Counterterrorism Center, in the Showtime series Homeland.

Harewood was born and grew up in the Small Heath area of Birmingham, England, where he attended St. Benedict's Junior School and Washwood Heath Comprehensive School. As a schoolboy, he excelled at all sports, from sprinting through basketball to rugby and especially football. If it were not for acting, it is likely that he would have followed a career as a professional goalkeeper. David was a member of National Youth Theatre.In his youth, he worked in a wine bar, Albert's in Dale End, in Birmingham City Centre. David has an older brother named Paul who works for Draexlmaier. At 18, Harewood gained a place at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He began a career in 1990 and appeared in The Hawk, Great Moments in Aviation, Harnessing Peacocks, Mad Dogs and Englishmen, Macbeth on the Estate, Strings and Ballykissangel. He is known for his television appearances on The Vice and Fat Friends and for his film roles in Blood Diamond and The Merchant of Venice. He played Don Coleman in Hustle series 7 The Fall of Railton FC (2011).

From 2011, Harewood starred as David Estes, the Director of the CIA's Counterterrorism Center, in the Showtime series Homeland. In the 2012 New Year Honours, Harewood was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for services to drama.

In July 2013, it was revealed on the PlayStation Blog, by the game director, that he would play as the role of Sinclair in the upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive Killzone: Shadow Fall. Sinclair is the director of the Vektan Security Agency, under whom our protagonist, a Shadow Marshall, works.
In October 2013, Harewood voiced an interactive video campaign for the British Lung Foundation aiming to ban smoking in cars with children on board in the United Kingdom.
