For all those that don't know, Ali Adler is one of the key principals in making CBS' Supergirl. She and Greg Berlanti are heading up the writing and producing of the pilot. It must be super fun to work over there for so many reasons. This instagram shot from Ali, however, shows the kind of fun they are having in the writers room/bathroom of Supergirl.
