For all the crossover goodies this year
BTS, speculation, etc
I was really impressed with Melissa, Stephen, and Grant — their energy, their kindness, and the enthusiasm that they had about the crossover."
I can agree with Bitsie Tulloch on this. Stephen certainly got me excited for the crossover with his enthusiastic tweets while filming in October.
James Bamford (Director of the Arrow Elseworlds episode) posted this fun photo on his Instagram today.
So ready for the crossover now, especially looking forward to the Kara/Barry/Oliver (Supergirl/The Flash/Green Arrow) scenes.
This one was so fun, in particular, because it really was ‘the triad,’ so to speak.” She is, of course, referring to the trio of superfriends at the center of the event, which finds Oliver Queen’s Green Arrow and Barry Allen’s The Flash caught up in a body swap.
“Kara plays a really fun role in this dilemma that Barry and Oliver find themselves in,” Benoist previewed. “She’s the only one that really recognizes them for who they are in this Freaky Friday situation. And it’s really comedic, the whole thing.”
“Their scenes are really nice because of their similarities,” Benoist described. “Kate Kane is Bruce Wayne’s cousin and all these things, so they really relate on a lot of levels that I don’t think Kara’s found yet in another female superhero. There’s a really deep understanding from the get-go between the two of them.”

New trailer. Looking quite exciting now.
Can't help but feel in crossovers they will always make Kara and her setting and her team tertiary to the Arrowverse's preferred duo though, however with the majority of heroes on Earth 1 it makes sense.
Adding Batwoman to E38 would fix that perfectly, yet I sense they did precisely the reverse.
Calling it now, Kara is going to have a good laugh when she sees Barry and Oliver suited up as their opposites.
Her signature "toss her head back gutteral laugh" for sure, LeilaWWG.

One of Guggenheim's comments in this article make it seem like they are planning for a very famous DC story line for next year's crossover...perhaps the MOST famous.
It also happens to be a story line that we didn't think would happen until season 10 of Flash, according to a certain future newspaper.
I'm incredibly intrigued by both this year's crossover, as well as whatever they are planning for next year. Especially if Greg Berlanti has some sort of "Master Plan".
I think it'd be best to do the story line I'm referring to earlier than season 10 of the Flash. Arrow might not last that long. And I love Supergirl, but 9-10 seasons is a bit long for almost any show...Supernatural being the exception.

4) Superhero Hangout! Supergirl, the Flash, Arrow, Superman Take a Break Together, video from Celebrity Wot Not.
I'm pretty happy to be honest when I read this "But at the end of the day, the crossover is primarily a topsy-turvy ode to the universe’s main trio: Supergirl (Melissa Benoist), the Flash (Grant Gustin), and Green Arrow (Stephen Amell).", so looking forward to the scenes with the 3 of them together both in their civilian and superhero identities.
