Many of the media outlets are getting their copies of the Supergirl season 2 premiere so they can do reviews ahead of the launch date. Being that these outlets are now watching the pivotal first episode on The CW, there are clearly some news items coming from it. (Stay tuned for our review, spoiler-free, next week). The news today coming from these previews is Brenda Strong has been cast in a recurring yet undisclosed role. Entertainement Weekly had this to say:
I can tell you that Brenda Strong joins the Supergirl cast in a recurring role — and she makes quite the first impression in the season 2 premiere.
Your speculation on who she could be is as good as ours, but we are thinking it could be Cadmus related.
